and ambiance of this upbeat restaurant, resulting in a winning combination
of great food, comfortable, relaxed dining and fun entertaining service. The
cuisine is the focus, with authentic yet rustic northern Italian fare that
is fresh, artfully presented and full of flavor. On entering the restaurant,
it feels like an old world family trattoria, reflecting years of family
ownership as well as the changes over time.

Hours of Operation and Seating Capacity
Open daily 6.00 - 11.00pm for dinner. Cucina has as total seating
capacity of 77, with 55 seats inside and 22 on the terrace, with stunning
views over the Andaman Sea.

Set on the beach and offering stunning views of the Andaman Sea. The menu
is a marriage of creative cooking with authentic taste with blend of
well-known Thai dishes as well as secret recipes representing each region of
Thai Kingdom.
The GinJa “Taste” is another Thai restaurant set in the tropical gardens
of the resort in its South Wing. The Restaurant is build as a traditional
Thai Sala with high ceiling from the best teakwood and it is divided into
two sections, the indoor sala with air conditioning and the outside patio
for al fresco dining.
